Our Small and Medium Spaces

Accessed via a dedicated entrance, the Charter suite includes the Gallery as well as three medium rooms that can be combined to create a larger space and a stand-alone small meeting room. 

Individually the Charter rooms are ideal for workshops, conference sessions or presentations. Alternatively, combining the rooms creates a banqueting space for around 500 or a conference space for over 900 people.

The Gallery is a multi-purpose space which connects the Charter Suite with Central Hall. Flooded with natural light through its 40mtr long sky light, this space creates an ambience of relaxation and is ideal for networking, exhibitions or even as a unique banqueting space.

Our self-contained Exchange suite consists of Exchange Hall, the 800 seat Exchange Auditorium and 11 breakout rooms of varying size.   

The Exchange suite can be accessed either via its own dedicated entrance or via the Charter entrance.

Built with banqueting in mind, the suites largest space, Exchange Hall, can seat up to 1,200 people and has hosted some fantastic banquets, gala dinners and award ceremonies. 

However, as a versatile ‘blank canvas’, the space has been used for everything from exhibitions and conferences and sporting events. In April 2024 this space was home to WST Tour Championship Snooker which saw two professional snooker tables set up in the hall surrounded by tiered seating and an ITV filming gallery. 

Exchange Auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, making it ideal for conferences and presentations but the space also lends itself to press conferences and creative performances.

The Exchange Rooms 1-11 are located on the second floor can be used as breakout spaces for events taking place in the hall or auditorium but also as stand-alone meeting spaces.
