Manchester Central is currently looking for Café Chef to work at our Runway Visitor Park café, located closely to Manchester Airport.
Main duties will include managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, coordinating food production and service all whilst ensuring the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation.
We would like you to be positive and pro-active, and with a keen eye on delivering value for money. You will have experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant and be dedicated to food quality and control. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be comfortable working at pace and have previous supervisory experience would be ideal.
This position is being advertised on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7. However, flexibility of working hours in line with business needs is also a requirement, as the delivery of excellence is not always nine to five.
