Travel Counsellors Annual Conference 2024

After regularly hosting their conferences at Manchester Central, the Travel Counsellors team knew they wanted to return to the venue for their annual Travel Counsellors Conference in November 2024.  

With an understanding of the brief, and event needs, our team were able to provide a seamless and personalised experience from planning stages through to delivery. With record attendance numbers from their international offices, it was key that the delegate experience surpassed expectations and this was achieved through high attention to detail, excellent service levels, and a tailored themed menu.  

The catering was a key element to the event success, and the in-house team worked collaboratively with the organisers to develop a themed menu for the gala dinner. It was imperative that this bespoke menu could not only be delivered at scale, but also catered for all dietary requirements whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.

The organisers were excited to be returning to Manchester Central, and were proud to showcase their home city and its excellent transport connections to their international delegates.  

Travel Counsellors were able to take advantage of a full venue takeover for the weekend meaning there were a range of suitable spaces for the different elements of the event; from creative and wellbeing activities, to conference sessions, networking opportunities, and a gala awards dinner. Hosting the large-scale event across one site was of benefit to the organisers as it meant their delegates could navigate the event quickly and with ease. The organisers also took full advantage of venue branding opportunities, helping to create a fully immersive environment for attendees.
